One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered co777 account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, co777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the co777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform.
• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your co777 Login credentials.

co777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• co777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Activity on or through the account.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• co777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent regulatory authority.
• The account holder requests account closure or permanent self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, co777 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the Platform, co777 may forfeit all funds in the account without compensation.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, upon a Player's voluntary closure request — any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, within a reasonable processing timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which co777 holds its international gaming licence.
